My journey into the world of web design is a tale of unlikely beginnings and daring adventures. You see, I didn’t start in web design, I was working as a finance manager. It all began with a nudge from my best friend, a seasoned web designer who saw my innate design talents and encouraged me to give it a shot.I dabbled with a university course but quickly found that learning on the go was my sweet spot. With the enthusiasm only a beginner can muster, I leaped headfirst into the world of web design.
In just a couple of months, I was taking on my first massive ecommerce project, and it was a revelation. The complexities of these projects became puzzles waiting to be solved, and the rush of seeing them come to life was utterly irresistible. As time passed, I found myself becoming the go-to gal, the one other designers turned to when they were too scared or overwhelmed by complicated projects.
One of the most significant moments in my career arrived during the tumultuous times of the Covid pandemic. My business, built on recurring revenue, faced a sudden and severe challenge as the world around us shifted. Fear gripped the economy, and my income stream vanished overnight. So, what did I do? I pivoted my business. I extended a helping hand to physical-based service providers and got them online. That’s when my role changed from being just a web designer to becoming a strategic partner.
The world of web design can often feel like a rollercoaster ride, with unpredictable feast-and-famine income cycles that bring tremendous stress and uncertainty. That’s why I firmly believe in diversifying income streams to relieve the day-to-day pressures and create a more stable financial journey.
And I am here to help you on that journey.

I’m here to remove the stigma around talking about and wanting to earn money.
Being ‘money proud’ is about embracing financial success with open arms and recognising that it’s a tool for achieving your dreams and living life on your own terms.
Embracing Doubt
Imposter syndrome is something many of us grapple with, including myself. I’ve learned to lean into the uncomfortable feeling of doubt. It’s a sign that you’re growing and stepping out of your comfort zone.
Embracing doubt is how we evolve and become the best versions of ourselves.
Women in Web
Creating safe spaces for women in web design to come together and share their experiences is close to my heart. It’s about fostering a supportive community where women can openly discuss their journeys, challenges, and successes, free from any limitations they might have felt in the past. We’re here to uplift each other.
